AFR-KLIN (oil, dust and dirt degreaser-Aluminum)
AFR-KLIN is a very efficient product which is used in and and aluminum alloy surface. it emulsify very effectively oil and dirt and clean/degrease the surface without harming the surface of the product/part.

How to use it
This is specially formulated and can be mixed with DM/soft water to make certain proportion/Dose required to apply on aluminum surfaces. And in normal case of greasy area/dust/Dirt:
- 2% to 5% of AFR-KLIN is supposed to be diluted with total volume of DM water available in tank.
- Temperature of bath solution should be 50 to 60 Deg.
- It is advised that Used solution of chemical must be changed weekly/fortnightly
Storage and packing
- Its advised that material must be kept safe and cool place and it must be packed properly after used.
- its packing is in 50 kgs/220 kgs/1000 kgs- Jar/Barrel/IBC Tank etc.
Precautionary measures
- Safety glass and gloves are compulsory.
- Safety boot is compulsory.
- in case of it comes to eye contact, its advised that eye must be flushed with normal and clear water for 10 minutes. And in case of irritation presists medical attention is required immediately.
- in case of skin contact, wash it properly and contaminated cloth must be removed immediately.
