Rustol Rust Preventive Oil
It is a soft oily film, solvent based, water displacing type corrosion preventive. This fluid can be applied directly to water wet metal surfaces, where it displace water, leaving a protective film. This fluid has excellent spreading and it can be applied either by dipping or by spraying. It is intended for severe conditions and leaves a shiny oily film. These are non-staining water displacing thin oily film type corrosion preventives. It is used for protection during storage of valuable machine tools and as a final protective for tools and machined components in factory stores or shops. Specially developed for steel industries.

Direction to use:
Heavy rust and scale(ferrous metal)- The ratio of usage is advised in 1:3 means 1 kgs of chemical and 3 kgs of water.it is advised to dipp in solution for 20 minuts to hour.
Remove and rinse with water and treat immediately with rust preventive oil. Heavy corrosion(non-ferrous)-Dilution of chemical in the ratio of 1:7.
Storage and packing:
- Its advised that material must be kept safe and cool place and it must be packed properly after used.
- its packing is in 50 kgs/220 kgs/1000 kgs- Jar/Barrel/IBC Tank etc.
Precautionary measures:
- Safety glass and gloves are compulsory.
- Safety boot is compulsory.
- in case of it comes to eye contact, its advised that eye must be flushed with normal and clear water for 10 minutes. And in case of irritation presists medical attention is required immediately.
- in case of skin contact, wash it properly and contaminated cloth must be removed immediately.
- Equipment must be made of acid resisting material such as stainless steel,rubber,plastic etc.
