Coilklin
Coilklin is specially formulated to clean oil, flux and dirt from surface of alminium,cast iron this product is specialized for Automotive and General HVAC’ Product where it performs perfectly with harming surface of component.It quickly cleans the oily surface,Flux and dirt from the surface of component.
It proves very effective when used with ultrasonic and vibrator machine where high pressure washing and oven and drier at advised temperature are used properly.
It can be used with manual Dipping process but as per advice directed by our engg.

Procedure of application:
Coilklin is actually is water base solution with mild acid content where it can be used by diluting its
concentrated proportion ranging from 2% to 5% with DM water and can be set according to contaminations and PH testing as advised.
For HVAC FIN CLEANING – 1:5 TO 10 ratio is recommended.
Direction for storage:
- Coilklin should be stored in a cool & dry place in tightly sealed containers.
Packing standard:
- 50 kgs,220 kgs and 1000 kgs
Precautions and first aid:
- EYES: in case of it comes to eye contact immediately flush with clear and plenty warter for 10 to 15 minutes.
- SKIN: in case of skin,Rinse well with water and advised to Remove contaminated clothing immediately.
- INGESTION: Give water if conscious. Do not induce vomiting, although vomiting may occur naturally. Get immediate medical attention.
- INHALATION: Move to fresh air. If irritation persists, get medical attention
